Eligibility for Return

• Product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
• Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Return request must be submitted with a valid reason and order number

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used herbal products (capsules, powders, teas)
• Items purchased on sale or clearance

Return Process

1. Email us at support@herbaloasis.pk with your order number and issue
2. We’ll confirm return approval and share next steps
3. You ship the item back (customer covers return shipping unless item is defective)
